Varney Wines Fiano 2025

This Langhorne Creek Fiano is a vibrant, textured Australian white, sourced from some of the country’s oldest Fiano vines at Bremerton Vineyards. Crafted by winemaker Alan Varney, it brings together the natural freshness of this Italian grape with a little extra richness from barrel fermentation.

Aromas of white peach, citrus and green tropical fruit are complemented by hints of candied ginger and lemongrass. The palate is generous yet refreshing, with subtle exotic spice, a gently creamy texture and fine acidity providing balance and length.

Wild fermented predominantly in seasoned French oak with regular lees stirring, this is a beautifully versatile Fiano. Excellent alongside grilled seafood, roast chicken or pork dishes.
