The 2024 Vickery Polish Hill River Riesling is a finely detailed expression of Clare Valley, sourced from the Paulett family’s Trillians Run vineyard. Crafted in the tradition of legendary Riesling winemaker John Vickery, it captures the precision and mineral character for which Polish Hill River is renowned. Delicate aromas of lime blossom, lemon zest and green apple lead into a tightly structured palate of pure citrus fruit, vibrant acidity and subtle stony minerality. Careful pressing and the inclusion of selected pressings contribute texture and depth without compromising freshness. An elegant, dry Riesling with excellent ageing potential, particularly suited to fresh oysters, grilled seafood or delicate Asian dishes.
