Vietti Barolo 2021

Vietti Barolo 2021 is a classic expression of Barolo DOCG, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from multiple small yet significant vineyards across the region.

Ruby-red and medium intensity, the nose is perfumed and opulent, revealing plum, black and sour cherries, blackberry, rose petal, tobacco and subtle spice. The palate is layered and finely structured, with balsamic notes, hints of crushed herbs and violet, all framed by chalky tannins and lively acidity.

Each cru is vinified and aged separately in large barrels and barriques to preserve terroir character before blending, producing a Barolo that is poised, precise and expressive. The 2021 vintage offers immediate appeal while promising rewarding cellaring.
