Vietti Barolo Rocche 2018 Magnum

Vietti Barolo Rocche 2018 is sourced from one of the oldest and most revered vineyards in Barolo, Rocche di Castiglione Falletto. With vines dating back to 1950 and 1968, and planted on sandy, steep south-facing slopes, this cru is known for producing wines of elegance, perfume and finesse.

The nose is complex and lifted, with notes of dried flowers, rose petal and hay, alongside delicate hints of chamomile. The palate is fresh, balanced and silky, combining a full-bodied structure with an enveloping texture. Prominent yet well-integrated tannins provide shape, while vibrant acidity keeps the wine poised and energetic.

Aged for around 30 months in oak and crafted using traditional submerged-cap maceration, this is a refined and expressive Barolo with a long, persistent finish. Decanting a few hours before serving is recommended to fully раскры its aromatic complexity.
