Whisson Lake Black Label Pinot Noir 2023 is a premium Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, crafted from the highest-elevation vineyard in South Australia at 615 metres. The 1985 plantings, combined with 15% whole bunch and 13% new French oak, produce a Pinot with remarkable intensity and finesse.

The wine shows a restrained yet precise fruit profile, with aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, roast tomato, and subtle autumnal notes of mushroom and ferrous minerals. On the palate it is detailed and layered, with silty tannins, a savory-mineral lift, and a long, sappy finish that balances elegance with structure.

Ideal for slow enjoyment, it pairs beautifully with roasted duck, mushroom dishes, or autumnal poultry.
