Whisson Lake White Label Pinot Noir 2022

Whisson Lake White Label Pinot Noir 2022 is a bright, elegant expression from younger vines planted in 1995 within the Whisson Lake vineyard.

Kirsch and red cherry lead the nose, with raspberry, red plum skin and rose unfolding alongside more savoury notes of damp leaves and gentle autumnal spice. The palate is lively and finely shaped, with fresh acidity and assertive silty tannins giving the wine a clean, linear feel.

Made with 15% whole bunch fermentation and 17% new oak, this is a refined, energetic Pinot Noir with plenty of detail. Pair with duck, roast chicken, pork or mushroom dishes.
