Wildman Wine Piggy Pop Pet Nat 2022 Magnum

Tim Wildman MW takes a playful but technically precise approach to this 2022 pet nat, blending Nero d’Avola and Mataro from McLaren Vale with Arneis from the Adelaide Hills and Zibibbo from the Riverland. The result is a vivid cranberry hue and a wine that sits somewhere between red, orange and white. Naturally fermented in stainless steel with no added sulphur, fining or filtration, it is bottled with around 12g/L residual sugar to finish fermentation, giving gentle 3 bar pressure. Expect bright red berries, citrus, spice and a lively, frothy palate. Fresh, dry and seriously drinkable.
