Three Wishes Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023 is a site-driven Tasmanian red from a warm, sheltered Tamar Valley vineyard planted to mature MV6 and D5V12 clones. It combines fragrance, structure and regional depth with a careful balance of whole-bunch and fruit expression.

The nose is perfumed and expressive, with red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry lifted by floral notes and a subtle spicy, herbal edge from whole-bunch inclusion. The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, showing bright red fruit purity supported by supple tannins and gentle savoury complexity from oak maturation.

Energetic yet composed, this Pinot shows both perfume and depth, with a long, flowing finish. It pairs beautifully with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes or lightly spiced poultry.
