White nectarine, lemon curd and yellow grapefruit lead the palate, with roasted hazelnut, nougat, pickled ginger and a subtle salted praline note adding complexity. The texture is layered and generous, but bright acidity keeps the wine precise and energetic.

Sourced from clones 76 and 96 grown by the Virgara family in the heart of Piccadilly Valley, this is a composed Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with both flavour and tension. Drinking beautifully now, with the structure to develop through to 2036.
