Worlds Apart Someone Great Grenache 2024

A small production McLaren Vale Grenache built around one standout barrel from the 2024 vintage.

Sourced from old vines grown on sandy soils, the wine was fermented entirely as whole bunches in open top fermenters, with extended time on skins adding spice, structure and savoury detail. The fruit remains bright and lifted, with red berries, dried herbs and fine, gently grippy tannins.

At 13% alcohol, it is fresh and composed rather than heavy, showing why McLaren Vale Grenache can be both generous and precise. Only 61 six packs were produced.
