This Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc takes the variety in a more textural, savoury direction while keeping plenty of freshness.

Grown at the high altitude Brackenwood Vineyard near Willunga Hill, the wine shows ripe white peach, melon and subtle citrus with a gentle savoury edge from wild barrel fermentation. Three days on skins and maturation in seasoned French oak add body and texture without dominating the fruit.

The palate is dry, full bodied and energetic, with natural acidity keeping everything balanced and precise. A distinctive Sauvignon Blanc that works beautifully with grilled fish, roast chicken, fresh goat cheese or vegetable dishes.
