This Blewitt Springs Piquepoul Blanc is a crisp, mineral driven white that feels perfectly at home in McLaren Vale’s coastal climate.

Made from 100% Piquepoul Blanc and grown on sandy loam over clay, it shows fresh lemon, delicate florals and a subtle sea spray character. Whole bunch pressing and cool fermentation preserve its brightness, while four and a half months on lees in stainless steel and cocciopesto amphorae add gentle texture and complexity.

Certified organic and biodynamic, this is a refreshing, finely structured wine with lively acidity and a clean saline finish. Ideal with oysters, grilled fish or simple coastal seafood.
