Yeringberg Chardonnay 2023

The 2023 Yeringberg Chardonnay is a beautifully refined expression of the Yarra Valley, combining the richness of traditional Chardonnay with the freshness of a cooler vintage. Crafted by Sandra de Pury, it opens with aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom, followed by roasted almond, lemon zest and subtle savoury notes. The palate is concentrated yet precise, with vibrant acidity balancing a creamy texture developed through 11 months in oak, partial malolactic fermentation and lees stirring. Fine, chalky texture and a long, mineral finish give this wine excellent ageing potential. A lovely match for roast chicken, scallops or buttery seafood dishes.
