Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir 2022

The Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from five preferred clones on the estate. The 2022 blend comprises of clones 777 (36%), Martini (32%) D5V12 (16%), MV6 (8%) and 828 (8%).

Rhubarb, fresh strawberry, raspberry compote with underlying beetroot and wet earth. The aromatics are perfumed and delicate.

The vibrant palate is dominated by strawberry and plum with hints of wet earth and spice in the background. A defined acid line and fine tannins provide a tight, structured palate that finishes with a dusting of soft, charry oak.
