Barratt Gamay 2023

 Harvested from the Hill Smith Vineyard (HSV) at Woodside, 395m above sea level, in the eastern Adelaide Hills on 4th April 2023. Destemmed berries and whole bunches fermented in small open fermenters. 5 months maturation in French oak barriques. 
A bright and crunchy palate of red fruits, raspberry, spice and fresh tilled earth. Bottled November 2023. Unfiltered and unfined.
