80% Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir (20% whole bunch) plus 20% Macedon Ranges Syrah (20% whole bunch), aged for 12 months in 15% new Francois Freres oak and  85% seasoned french oak. One month in stainless with a small amount of sulphur added prior to bottling.
