Premium cool climate whole bunch Pinot Noir (MV6) grown by Brendon Lane on Granite in Faraday (Vic) just outside Macedon Ranges. A celebration and hommage to Beaujolais Nouveau. Twelve days carbonic maceration, lightly pressed to stainless. A bit over ten weeks from grape to bottle!
All wines unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented and no additions of any kind.
