Domaine Laroche Chablis 'St Martin' 2023

A vintage that beautifully highlights the limestone-rich soils and unique terroir of Chablis. In the glass, it shows a pale yellow hue bright, clear, and luminous. The nose is pure and delicate, offering notes of crushed chalk, white flowers, and fresh orchard fruits like green apple. Partial fermentation in seasoned oak foudres (over 30 years old) adds gentle layers of complexity, with hints of fresh earth and cedar.

On the palate, it’s precise and mineral-driven, with a refined texture and a long, saline finish that speaks to its origin. A true reflection of Chablis’ elegance and tension.
