The Louis range of wines are crafted for everyday enjoyment or for short term cellaring. 100% Estate grown fruit from 25 year old vines is utilised with similar production techniques as for their flagship Freycinet Pinot Noir. To achieve a more fruit driven style for Louis Pinot Noir, Freycinet mature it for a shorter time in French oak barriques with a smaller percentage of new barrels.
