Jansz Tasmania is a luxury sparkling wine house, solely 
devoted to the art of sparkling winemaking since 1986. This 
100% Pinot Noir Sparkling is fermented using only naturally 
occuring yeast and is initially aged in barrel for 9 months 
prior to tirage and secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine 
is disgorged after 38 months of ageing on lees. Flavours of 
Turkish delight, strawberries and raspberries adorned by 
delicate roasted almond nougat.
