Harvested from 810 vines at the top of our Pinot Noir block, featuring the clones Burg 80a, 0014 & 140a. With grapes selected from the warmer, fastest ripening section of our north-facing block, this Pinot is made with 50% whole-bunch fruit, displaying a sense of slightly jammy, fruit-forward flavours, whilst conveying a whisper of spice and forest floor.
