The Murdoch Hill Vineyard is situated in the cool climate of 
the Adelaide Hills near the township of Oakbank. The estate 
grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand picked before the 
fruit is crushed then chilled, then gently pressed. Clean and 
crisp palate of gooseberries, fresh citrus, followed by delicate 
acidity and a mineral finish.
