"Merlesco is our 'little Merlot' – a light, juicy red that bursts with blueberry and cherry flavours.

This is my best effort at making the ultimate summer red. It’s perfect for chilling on a hot day!

At home, we enjoy it with antipasti and simple pastas like Gnocchi in Sage & Butter Sauce.
