Made with 100% organic Chardonnay grapes, the Purus Blanc de Blancs is produced by first completing the alcoholic fermentation, followed by settling of the juice. The wine is then gently de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation – creating a vegan-friendly, alcohol-free, low-calorie sparkling Chardonnay that displays a delightful dryness with notes of crisp apples, finishing with a slight sweetness.
