Saltfleet is a collaboration of two former high school mates 
who enjoy living the good life, passionate about turning special 
parcels of fruit into the best wines they can be. Fiano is an 
Italian variety well suited to the Vale’s mediterranean climate. 
Sourced from a single Organic vineyard in Blewitt Springs that 
exhibits a cooler microclimate, which helps retain acidity and 
freshness.
