Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve Nv

Sparkling wine has been produced at Stefano Lubiana Wines since 1993. All the fruit is grown in their own vineyards and the whole winemaking process happens in-house, enabling the family to exercise full control on quality, and elevating them to the status of authentic ‘grower’ sparkling winemakers, a rarity in this country.
The nose displays notes of apple, toast, crushed almonds and a hint of sea air. The palate is rich with a fine creamy mousse and thick beading. Lemon, nectarines, apples and cashews feature on the palate with a saline touch.
