Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir 2023

Made from fruit grown on the Lubiana’s beautiful family 
estate, the Primavera Pinot Noir is mostly wild fermented, destemmed and taken off skins early to retain lots of fruit flavour. 
The grapes are hand picked, hand sorted and fermented with 
wild yeasts and some whole bunches. Basket pressed after 
about 3 weeks. The result is a beautiful, soft red wine with 
natural medium body that has wonderful drinkability.
