Un Bon Canon Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019

‘Un bon Canon’ means ‘A nice drop’ in French. Designed to be shared with friends over a meal, these wines showcase the expressive and easy drinking style of the Southern French wine regions. This Cotes du Rhone is a  blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre which is fermented in concrete tanks. The vineyards are located in the southern part of the region, on a dry riverbed scattered with heat-retaining pebbles. The wine reveals flavors of raspberry and dark fruits, enhanced by subtle notes of garrigue and an herbal undercurrent.
